How are fragile ceramics shipped?

We pack every hand-painted goblet and vessel with custom-molded pulp and double-walled chambers to survive the roughest transit.

Should a glass or ceramic piece break under transit, transmit a photograph of the damage within forty-eight hours for a complete guild replacement or refund.

Can I request custom guild crests?

Are Familiar Boxes pre-bound?

Yes. Commission slots open quarterly for custom-painted motifs on our signature goblets, jars, and wooden salt shakers. Please understand custom work is generally more expensive than in stock purchases.

Each box is numbered and pre-packed with specific elemental lore, but we leave the final bonding ritual for you and your familiar.
